Helpdesk Consultant
We are looking for Helpdesk Consultant for our Calgary office, who is enthusiastic about providing excellent on-site technical assistance to our clients! You will be expected to work with end users ranging from entry level to C-level executives with queries related to the supported software, hardware and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner!

Responsibilities
- Assisting senior consultants;
- Creating reports & Gathering Data
- Analyzing Data and understanding results
- Arranging client coordination
- Confer with clients to identify and document requirements
- Help Senior Consultants Plan, set up and manage information technology systems including software, hardware and operation
- Troubleshoot technical issues
Skills/Experience
- 0+ years of experience in a help desk or desk side support role
- Entrepreneurial Spirit is highly desirable
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, and workstation hardware in a corporate environment with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Client and Server Operating Systems
- Experience with IMAC requests (Incident, Move, Add, Change) and an ITSM Toolset
- Experience troubleshooting Tier 1 issues
- ITIL Certification and A+ certifications would be assets
- Experience with ticketing system (ITSM) and enterprise mobility support (iOS / Android) would be assets
- Must be able to communicate in Punjabi and Hindi. (You will be supporting small retail specialty store clients)
